I was also busy making fifty Shoo Fly blocks that will be soon made into two lap size quilts, one with a white background, the other with a grey background. Shoo Fly blocks are easy and fun to make and I wanted to experiment with them for a while. Experimenting with a grey backgroud was also a novelty to me and I think it will work.
